POOL 4 (RED WING) WATER TEMP 78: LEVEL 2.8:FLOW @ 11,600

Conditions are good on the river. Water level is on the low side but normal for late summer. 

Fishing during the front end of this report was still really good but the last few trips have still found us catching but working harder for them. Live bait has been the ticket on most days to catch the most.
